About Us
Meet the founders:
As professional women ourselves, we know the struggles and challenges menopause can bring.
So we’ve combined our career strengths into a unique blend of experience and expertise. We collate science and skills into tiered support which empowers you in living well through menopause and beyond.
Ashlar Evolution is borne from our own experience of menopause. We offer specialist support from women who know.

I’m around 5 years into perimenopause myself, so I understand the challenges and implication this stage brings and I’m here to support you through it.
My mission is to make this the last generation that struggles through menopause owing to lack of awareness, understanding and support.
I believe in women’s growth in confidence, empowerment and advancement in work and all other areas of their lives because studies show that when women do better, everyone benefits – partners, family, friends, colleagues and communities.

I had no idea about menopause until I went through it. And I was an accredited sex & relationship therapist! Night sweats, hot flushes, heart palpitations, weight gain around my midriff: these things were really worrying until I realised it was hormonal changes of menopause. One trip to my doctor, and getting a prescription, led to immediate 100% symptomatic relief. Others have had worse nightmares with menopause affecting their career, mental health, relationships and family life. I don’t want anyone to suffer in silence – or even worse – be as clueless as I was about menopause creeping up on them.
That’s why my sister and I set up Ashlar Evolution, to equip and empower anyone who’s affected to rebalance their life opening up creative opportunity for fulfilment in this powerful later stage of life. It’s a time when we can support others to share the wisdom they’ve accrued from their life experience. I think that ignorance and shame around menopause are truly tragic. It doesn’t have to be this way.
The aim of Ashlar Evolution is to overcome these difficulties with dignity and grace and probably a big dollop of humour.
