Introduction to EFT tapping

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. Wouldn’t that be nice? If you could gain emotional peace and wellbeing simply by tapping a few times on natural energy points in the body.

Interestingly, EFT is a blend of oriental wisdom (like reflexology or acupuncture) with western thinking (no surprise that EFT started in the USA, California in particular!). Maybe it sounds a bit woo woo, but EFT literally taps into the flow of energy around your body through the nervous system. Everyone has a vagus nerve and a parasympathetic network in the body, that’s biological fact. So it makes sense to put positive vibes into that system when you’re feeling stressed or distressed.

In this 1-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to tap on a few points on your upper body and head. Once you do this a few times in the workshop, it’s easy to remember. It’s also easy to do anywhere and because there’s no medication or prescription you can do it as much as you like, whenever you like and you absolutely can’t overdose or do too much of it!

You’ll also hear how to use EFT for common difficulties like anxiety, depression, emotional upset, menopause symptoms, problems at work or in relationships.

Don’t knock it until you try it . . . . . come along and learn something that just might unlock a load of resolution and relief for you.
